Training

We offer various training-services around the TVT, like

  • on-site-training
  • corporate-training
  • web-based-training
  • inhouse-training in our facilities.

Why not give your TVT-users this motivation and send them over to Frankfurt to become "super-users" of the Text Verification Tool within two days to spread the knowledge in your company?

Also "quick-tutorials" can be given as well as train-the-trainer-session and the training for regular users.

Validation Support

We do validate the software everytime we release even a minor update. Therefore we offer our internal validation package including Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, Protocols and Test Cases as well as direct validation support on site.

E-Mail Support

SHP offers eMail support for the Text Verification Tool. After the reception of the files which should be compared it usually takes us less than one working day to solve any problem and get back to our customer. We offer this eMail-support in combination with our Update service.

Update Service

To make sure that our customers receive any update of the Text Verification Tool we recommend to conclude our TVT Support and Update-agreement.

Font Correction Service

Sometimes our customers have to deal with corrputed fonts; neither truetype fonts which don’t follow the Unicode standard or PS 1 fonts which don’t follow the Adobe Glyph List-standard (AGL). We can correct corrupted PS 1 fonts automatically so they 100% follow the AGL standards.

Adobe Glyph List gives names to characters in a PS1 font. If these names are correct, the fonts will be converted into 100% compatible unicode fonts when a PDF is created. If the names are not correct (for example "omikron" instead of "omicron" or "Alfa" instead of "Alpha") the creation of a PDF with Unicode fonts fails; the fonts used/displayed/printed in the PDF file do visually represent the correct characters, but the coding behind is corrupted. The consequence is for example a free text search within a document management system can not be performed upon such a file.
